Terms of Sale & Use

The short version:

Everything is a one-off payment. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
If the check finds nothing wrong with your resume, you pay nothing.
There is no account. What you buy arrives on a private link that works for 30 days — download the PDF while you have it.
We help you write a resume. We do not promise you a job or an interview. Nobody honestly can.
If something is wrong with what you bought, email us and we will fix it or refund you: support@aussieresume.com.au.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply. Nothing on this page takes them away.

Who you are buying from

Aussie Resume (aussieresume.com.au) is a small Australian business. If you need to reach a person about anything on this page, email support@aussieresume.com.au. We answer in English.

What you can buy, and what each one includes

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where it applies.

Resume check — A$4.99. We read the resume you upload, score it out of 100, list every problem we find, explain how each one is fixed, and give you back the corrected resume in Australian format. If we find nothing to fix, we tell you so and you are not charged.
Resume build — A$12. You answer a series of questions and we produce a complete resume in Australian format. You can fill in the whole form and see about half of the finished resume on screen before you pay anything.
Job Hunt Pack — A$19. The resume above, plus cover letters written for specific job ads for 15 days from the day you buy. The 15 days are attached to that purchase.

How you receive what you bought

There is no account and no password, and we do not email your documents to you. When your payment is confirmed we open a private page that holds your result, and the link to that page is how you get back to it. Keep the link.

That link works for 30 days from purchase. After that it stops opening. Download the PDF, or save the page, before then — once you have downloaded it, the file is yours to keep for good. If you lose the link inside the 30 days, email us from the address you used to pay Stripe and we will find it and send it back.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe issues the receipt. You pay once, at the time of purchase; there is no subscription, nothing recurring, and no stored payment method on our side.

Refunds and your consumer rights

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If what you bought is faulty, is not what we described, or does not do what we said it would, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss. Nothing on this page limits that.

In practice: if the result you paid for did not arrive, does not open, is not in the Australian format we promised, or is plainly not the service we described, email support@aussieresume.com.au and tell us what went wrong. We will fix it or refund you. We do not need you to argue about it.

Because what you buy is delivered digitally and immediately, we are not obliged to refund a simple change of mind. We would still rather hear from you than have you unhappy — ask.

What we do not promise

We do not promise you a job, an interview, or a reply from any employer. We help you present what you already have in the format Australian employers expect. Hiring decisions are not ours to make and anyone who guarantees you a job is not being straight with you.
Our checks and writing are produced with the help of AI, and AI can be wrong. Read what we give you before you send it anywhere. You are the last check on your own resume.
We are not lawyers, migration agents, or tax agents. Anything we say about visas, work rights, tickets or tax is general information, not advice for your situation. Confirm it with the government body responsible before you rely on it.

Your side of it

Give us information that is true. Do not ask us to write, and do not add yourself, a qualification, licence or clearance you do not actually hold. In Australia that can cost you the job on the spot, and in some industries it is against the law.
What you buy is for your own job applications. Please do not resell it, run it as a service for other people, or scrape the site.
There are limits on how many documents one person can generate in a day, to keep the service working and affordable for everyone. If you hit one, it resets.

Your content

Your resume, your work history and everything you type stays yours. We do not claim ownership of it and we do not sell it. We use it to produce what you asked for and to keep your private link working. What we hold, for how long, and how to have it deleted is set out in our Privacy Policy.

The site itself — our wording, design and the way our guides are put together — stays ours.

Availability and changes

This is a small business, not a large company with a support floor. The site may be unavailable at times, and we may change or withdraw parts of it. If we change these terms, the new version applies to purchases made after it is published; the date at the top tells you when it last changed. What you already bought is governed by the terms that applied when you bought it.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia. That does not take away any right you have where you live, and it does not stop you complaining to a consumer protection body in your own state or territory.
